One of the first sources of bias cyber installed in Barcelona. It was commissioned by the firm Pei, Cobb, Freed and Partners, which built the World Trade Center commissioned by the Port of Barcelona Design Wet Californian company, created by Mark Fuller, who excelled in uniting the games water with technology. The source works just steps when its territory, creating a complicity between the visitor and the site of the inspiring idea. It was inaugurated with the World Trade Center on 22 July 1999.
