Who knows if influenced by the presence of goldfish Frank O. Gehry, Rosa Maria Steva, the owner of the restaurant Agua, Joan Gardy Artigas commissioned a blue fish embedded in the outer hub overlooking the promenade and serves as input to local. The fish is very clearly signed, and was inaugurated on April 13, 1997.
