Kindred owners. Cut Bernardi Martorell i bought part of the land from the convent of Carmelite nuns garden walkways. They would own turn: Bernardí Montells i Martorell, son of the former; Bernardi Martorell i Falp, the grandson, a chemical engineer, and Bernardi Martorell i Puig, the architect.
